School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Details

Location: On-site in Coon Rapids, MN

Contract Term: 2025–2026 School Year

Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time options available

Student Population:
-
K–5: ~55 students
-
Grades 6–12: ~65 students
Caseload Placement: Based on district needs, clinician strengths, and location/preference
Service Model: 3:1 model – three weeks of direct therapy, one week for indirect services (e.g., documentation, MA billing)
Evaluations: No evaluation duties – supported by a dedicated Evaluation Team
Pay: Starting at $45+/hour (based on experience and district budget)
Bonus: $2,000 starting bonus!

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active Minnesota SLP license
Strong communication and organizational skills
School-based experience preferred but not required
