Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist – Louisiana
Soliant is working with a school district in Louisiana to fill two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist positions for the 2025–2026 school year. These roles provide an opportunity to serve students in either a high school setting or a K–12 environment, delivering direct and indirect services that support communication and academic success.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals and state guidelines

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine therapy needs
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student performance
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current Louisiana SLP license or eligibility for licensure
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates considered
-
Previous school-based experience preferred
-
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Position Details:

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

Dates: August 4, 2025 – May 22, 2026

Position 1: Two high school sites

Position 2: One K–12 site
Pay Range: $45+/hour
