Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time
Location: Milpitas, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Setting: K-12 Public Schools (High School + 2 Elementary Schools)

Milpitas Unified School District is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students across multiple school sites in a tight-knit, collaborative environment. What You'll Do:

Provide speech and language therapy to students across three sites:

3 days/week at a high school
-
1.5 days/week at Elementary School #1

0.5 day/week at Elementary School #2
All campuses are within a 5–10-minute drive from one another.
Conduct assessments, write and implement IEPs, and provide direct services.
Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to support students’ communication goals.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements.
Actively participate in IEP meetings, staff discussions, and district professional development.
Who You Are:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
California SLP Credential (SLP Services Credential or eligibility required)
CCC-SLP preferred (CFs welcome – supportive supervision available!)
Skilled in time management and balancing a multi-site schedule
Collaborative, flexible, and passionate about school-based services
Previous school experience is a plus, but not required
