Location: Milpitas, CA
Schedule: Part-Time (Flexible Hours During School Day)
Pay Range: $50–$60 per hour (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: W-2 Contract | Bi-Weekly Direct Deposit
Role Overview
Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for part-time hours in a supportive school environment? We’re currently seeking a qualified OT to provide services to K–12 students in Milpitas, California. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to positively impact students’ school participation, independence, and motor skill development—without the commitment of a full-time schedule.
What You’ll Do

Assess fine/gross motor skills, self-help abilities, and sensory processing

Deliver individualized therapy sessions to help students reach IEP goals

Design interventions tailored to academic, developmental, and behavioral needs

Partner with educators, parents, and staff to promote student success

Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and school team consultations
Ideal Candidate Has:

A master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
-
A valid California OT license
-
Previous experience in school or pediatric settings (preferred)

Strong communication and documentation skills

A collaborative mindset and student-first approach
