Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a motivated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school district in Milpitas, California for the full 2025–2026 school year. This is a fully onsite role working with an elementary caseload of approximately 40–50 students.

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy services

Attend and contribute to IEP meetings

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active California SLP license
-
ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs welcome to apply)

Previous school-based experience is a plus
