Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Part Time (3 to 4 Days per Week)
Location: Mill Valley, California (school district partnership via ProCare Therapy)
Employment Type: Part time contract for the 2025-2026 school year
Schedule: On site, approximately 3 to 4 days per week, during regular school hours

ProCare Therapy, a leading school-based staffing agency, is partnering with a local Mill Valley school district to place qualified SLPs in a collaborative and student-centered educational environment. We provide recruitment support, licensing guidance, benefits management, and access to experienced clinical mentors.
Role Summary
As a contracted SLP, you will deliver speech and language services to students, support IEP development and implementation, participate in assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within a structured and supportive school setting.
Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group therapy aligned with IEP goals

Conduct speech and language screenings and assist with evaluations

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Participate in IEP and Student Support Team meetings

Collaborate with teachers and staff on classroom communication strategies
Qualifications

Valid California SLP license (SLP Credential or CCC-SLP)

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field

School-based experience preferred
-
CFY candidates welcome with available supervision

Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Rate: 55 to 65 dollars per hour, based on experience

W-2 employment with weekly direct deposit
