Speech Language Pathologist in Milford, DE

This opportunity is for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a Delaware school district. This full-time, contract position runs through the current school year with a start date as soon as possible and an end date of June 12, 2026. The role involves direct therapy, assessments, and collaborative educational planning in a dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grades
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Attend team meetings and collaborate with educators and families
- Collect and analyze progress monitoring data to guide therapy goals
- Document therapy notes accurately using Data Service Center and Power School IEP systems
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Delaware licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology is required; confirmation must be provided
- Valid CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Experience working within a school setting is highly valued
- Candidate must be a certified SLP; SLP Assistants are not being considered for this role
- Ability to work both on-site and in a hybrid setting as preferred by the employer
Location and Schedule:
- Position based in Milford, Delaware
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
