Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time Midland, MI
Location: Onsite near Midland, MI
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Contract Dates: August 2025 – May 2026
Setting: Single Center (not itinerant)
Population: Children ages 2–17
License Requirement: Active Michigan SLP License
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated team near Midland, MI. This is a full-time, center-based role serving a diverse pediatric population ranging in age from 2 to 17 years old. You’ll work out of one consistent location, providing impactful services that help young clients build confidence in communication.
What You’ll Do:

Provide direct speech-language therapy to children and teens

Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports

Create and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and fellow clinicians

Maintain accurate records and meet documentation requirements
What We’re Looking For:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Michigan SLP License in good standing

Experience with pediatric populations preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to supporting diverse learners in a collaborative environment
