Hours: Full-Time or Part-time, Monday - Friday, 35 hours weekly

Are you a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a significant impact on the early development of young learners? We are seeking a full-time SLP to join our team in Middletown, Rhode Island, for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, specifically working with our preschool population!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for preschool students to identify communication delays or disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals and objectives for each student on your caseload.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services, individually or in small groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, guardians, and other school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom and home environments.
- Monitor and document student progress regularly, adapting therapy plans as needed.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and other relevant school conferences.
- Educate parents and educators on strategies to support speech and language development.
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely documentation of services provided, progress notes, and other required records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Current and valid Rhode Island Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and speech-language acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a school team.
