Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or Clinical Fellow)
2025–2026 School Year
We’re looking for a compassionate, team-oriented Speech-Language Pathologist — or a strong Clinical Fellow ready to grow — to serve students across grades Pre-K through 12. This role involves supporting a diverse range of communication needs, including students who require more intensive behavioral support.
Role Overview:

Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to students with varying needs, including those with complex behavioral profiles.

Partner closely with teachers, families, and related service staff to create and carry out effective IEPs.

Keep clear, timely documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and goal updates.

Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and help cultivate a positive, solutions-oriented school culture.
Ideal Qualifications:

For licensed SLPs:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

New York State SLP license in good standing
-
ASHA CCC preferred, but not required
For Clinical Fellows:
Completion of graduate coursework in speech-language pathology
Strong foundational clinical skills and a commitment to learning in a team setting
