A school district in Middletown, Delaware is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving students in grades K–12. ProCare Therapy is facilitating the hiring process and providing ongoing support throughout the assignment.
Position Snapshot:

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Caseload: K–12 students (final details determined during interview)

Setting: Onsite only
Your Role Will Include:
-
Conducting speech-language assessments and therapy sessions
-
Writing and managing IEPs in collaboration with the school team
-
Participating in student progress reviews and team meetings
-
Providing support and strategies to families and educators
-
Maintaining documentation in accordance with district guidelines
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid Delaware SLP license (or willingness to obtain)

ASHA certification preferred; strong CFs are welcome to apply

Previous experience in a school setting is a bonus
