We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Vermont to join our growing network of remote professionals delivering virtual therapy services to K-12 students. We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Vermont to join our growing network of remote professionals delivering virtual therapy services to K-12 students. As a 1099 independent contractor, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from home while helping students improve their communication skills and reach their academic goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver remote speech therapy services to K-12 students with speech and language impairments
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings to offer insights and recommendations for student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for all therapy sessions and progress updates
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff to ensure alignment and consistency in student care
- Valid Vermont SLP license
- 2 years of experience working with K-12 students in educational setting
- Strong knowledge of school-based practices and IEP development
- Comfortable working with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Ability to manage your own schedule and maintain a full caseload independently
