Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs are also encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in school-based settings is highly desirable
  • Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across various age groups
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups, addressing articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related services to ensure consistent support for every student
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Provide consultative support to school staff and participate in IEP meetings
