We are seeking a full-time bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (English/Spanish) to support K–12 students as part of a district-wide evaluation team in the Mesquite area. This is an itinerant role covering a defined group of campuses, with a primary office based at a centralized student support location.
School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.

The SLP will have access to district-provided resources, including assessment materials, computer equipment, badge access, and a district email account, allowing for efficient collaboration and documentation.


Qualifications

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license (required)

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)

  • Experience with school-based evaluations and assessments preferred

  • Familiarity with special education processes and educational terminology

  • Ability to manage itinerant responsibilities across multiple campuses


Compensation & Support

$50–62/hour DOE (average ~$56/hour, depending on years of experience)

  • Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week

  • Contract position through the end of the school year
