Key Responsibilities:

- Support students utilizing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tools; prior experience preferred but willingness to learn is essential.
- Maintain required documentation and comply with district policies.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with school staff.
Qualifications:
- Valid New Mexico state licensure (mandatory before start; must have applied if awaiting issuance).
- New Mexico PED certification through the Department of Education (can be pending if already licensed).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- School-based SLP experience is highly desirable.
- Bilingual candidates ideal but monolingual applicants are considered due to existing bilingual staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students and staff.
