Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time – Near Melvindale, MI
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a licensed and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a welcoming school district near Melvindale, Michigan. This is a great opportunity to work closely with K–12 students, helping them overcome speech and language challenges to succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Design and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
-
Deliver direct speech-language services in both one-on-one and group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support each student's communication goals
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations and goal planning
-
Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
-
Active Michigan SLP license through the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply

Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
