Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services for school districts across Washington. This is a remote, full-time opportunity ideal for candidates with a strong background in school-based speech services and experience in virtual therapy platforms.
As a Virtual SLP with ProCare Therapy, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality speech and language interventions to students across a range of grade levels. You will collaborate closely with special education teams, administrators, and families to support each student’s individualized education program (IEP) goals.
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments in accordance with state and district guidelines

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's speech and language needs

Provide direct speech-language therapy services in a virtual setting

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and IEP reports

Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student progress

Utilize evidence-based practices and data-driven strategies to support student outcomes

Employ teletherapy tools and platforms effectively to engage students and deliver services
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Active Washington SLP license (Required)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Previous school-based experience strongly preferred

Prior teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required
