Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Medina, OH
Provide speech-language pathology services in a school setting with a focus on supporting high school students. Location: Medina, OH
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy aligned with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Support mostly high school students as part of an itinerant caseload
- Collaborate with school staff and participate in paid team meetings
- Conduct therapy in designated spaces and maintain compliance with district protocols
- Utilize the district’s IEP system (training provided)
- Participate in indirect hours for administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification, open to clinical fellows
- Experience with school-based speech-language pathology preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote or itinerant model
- Comfortable managing a caseload of 15 students primarily at the high school level
- Reliable access to technology for virtual meetings and documentation
- Willingness to participate in Zoom interviews with flexible scheduling
