Position Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or Clinical Fellow - CF)
Location: Lynn, MA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 3:30 PM
School Year: 2025–2026
Caseload: Approximately 50 students | Grades 5–12
Description:
ProCare Therapy is hiring a dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CF) for a full-time school-based position in Lynn, Massachusetts. This opportunity covers the full 2025-2026 school year and includes a caseload of around 50 students in grades 5–12. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with older students and is either fully licensed or completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF).
Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language services to students in grades 5–12.

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development.

Participate in IEP meetings and school team consultations.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility by the start of the school year).

ASHA Certification (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with middle and high school students is a plus.
