An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting located in Glen Allen, VA. This contract position spans the current school year and focuses on providing evaluation and therapy services to support student communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students across K-12 grades
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in a school environment with K-12 students
- Strong understanding of school-based speech-language services and regulations
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage caseload and maintain detailed records
Location: Glen Allen, Virginia
Position Type: Contract for the current school year (CSY)
