Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive K-12 school team near McNulty, OR. This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity to help students enhance their communication abilities and thrive in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students with speech and language disorders

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs

  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

  • Address a variety of communication challenges including articulation, fluency, and language processing

  • Maintain accurate documentation and student records

  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student goals

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Oregon SLP license or ability to obtain

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY applicants welcome

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in school settings or working with children

  • Familiarity with special education practices and IEP documentation
