Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Weekly Pay Range: Competitive Rates starting at ($50/hour)


About the Role

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring Remote Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our growing network of school-based professionals across the state of Texas. You’ll work with students of varying ages and communication needs in supportive school settings where collaboration and flexibility are valued.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services in a K–12 school environment

  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and track progress

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams

  • Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, and language needs

  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines


Qualifications

  • Active Texas State Speech Pathology License is Required

  • ASHA certification strongly recommended

  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
