A K-12 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school located in Plano, TX. This contract role runs through the current school year, ending in May 2025, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. The work setting is primarily onsite with the flexibility of one work-from-home day each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to K-12 students in a school environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license required; no Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) or Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be accepted
- Experience working in a school setting with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload and maintain detailed records
Location:
- Plano, Texas
- Paloma Creek Elementary School
- Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, onsite four days per week with the option for one remote day
