Speech Language Pathologist Job in Matteson, IL

Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Matteson, IL for the upcoming school year. This position is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop their communication skills and succeed in the classroom.
Position Overview:
- 2025-2026 school year
- Full time hours
- Caseload: K-12 (specific details provided during interview)
- Hourly Pay: $35 - $55+ per hour (negotiable based on experience and district budget)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention strategies
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Wisconsin SLP License (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
