ProCare Therapy is now hiring dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work with K–12 students across Washington State for the 2025–2026 school year. What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Conduct speech/language evaluations for students in grades K–12
-
Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with IEPs
-
Provide direct therapy and consultation services
-
Collaborate with special education teams and families
-
Maintain compliance with Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) regulations
Requirements:
-
Active Washington SLP license (or ability to obtain) through the WA Department of Health
-
Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification from OSPI (or willingness to pursue)
-
Understanding of IDEA and school-based service models
-
Strong interpersonal, time management, and documentation skills
