Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement therapy plans tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings, including IEP meetings, to contribute professional expertise and recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required.
  • Experience working with students across grades K-12 in a school-based environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology principles, assessment techniques, and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel.
