Caseload: Early Childhood (EC)
Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Michigan. This is a full-time position focused on providing teletherapy services to an Early Childhood caseload. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and organized professional with experience in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for young children (ages 3-5) to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's specific needs.

Provide engaging and effective teletherapy sessions, utilizing a variety of digital tools and resources.

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals (e.g., teachers, occupational therapists) to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, progress notes, and reports.

Participate in virtual meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Active and unrestricted SLP license in the state of Michigan.

Experience with an Early Childhood caseload is required.

Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology is a must.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
