Student Population: PreK – 6th Grade

Support PreK–6 Students in Marksville, LA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Marksville, Louisiana for the 2025–2026 school year. In this role, you will provide essential speech and language services to early and elementary learners, helping them develop strong communication skills essential for their academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and screenings
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy in individual and small group settings
-
Address a variety of communication needs, including:

Articulation
-
Receptive and expressive language
-
Fluency
-
Pragmatic/social communication
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with IEP goals and school policies
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

Active Louisiana SLP license (or eligibility prior to start date)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply – supervision and support provided
-
Preferred: Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged populations
