Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a student-centered school district near Marina, California, seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position for the 2025–2026 academic year. This position provides a meaningful opportunity to help students overcome communication challenges and support their academic and personal growth.

Whether you are an experienced professional or new to school-based therapy, you will join a collaborative team that values professional development and prioritizes student-focused care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-time speech and language therapy services to K–12 students

  • Address a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, fluency, language comprehension and expression, and voice issues

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to develop individualized support plans

  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate progress documentation

  • Deliver in-person therapy services at a school near Marina, CA

  • Caseload and placement details will be discussed during the interview process

Qualifications:

  • Valid or eligible California state license for SLP or SLPA

  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

  • Commitment to supporting students’ academic and social success

  • School-based experience preferred but not required
