Location: Near Mardela Springs, MD
Start Date: New School Year (NSY)
Schedule: Part-Time (3–4 Days per Week)
Caseload: Approximately 30–40 Students
A school district near Mardela Springs, Maryland is currently hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to students across a variety of grade levels. This is a part-time position ideal for professionals who are passionate about supporting student communication and success in a collaborative school environment.
Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy in alignment with IEP goals

Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service planning

Maintain thorough documentation that meets district and state standards

Support classroom staff with communication strategies and tools
Qualifications:

Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathology License

Experience in school or pediatric settings is a plus

Strong collaboration and communication skills
