Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions to help students achieve targeted goals
- Carefully monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Work seamlessly with teachers, counselors, and fellow therapists to ensure cohesive care
- Educate and involve families throughout the therapy process to promote skill generalization and continued progress
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current State Board Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork and family education
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, supportive team
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have an active California SLP license and a Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology.
