About the Role
A district in Mansfield, Ohio is looking for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual therapy services for K–12 students. This remote position allows you to help learners strengthen communication skills, improve language abilities, and build confidence—all while working from a flexible home-based environment.
Responsibilities

Provide individualized virtual speech and language therapy sessions.

Conduct assessments and develop targeted treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress.

Participate in virtual IEP and eligibility meetings.

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Ohio standards and timelines.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active Ohio SLP license and ASHA CCCs (teaching certification may be required).

School-based or pediatric experience preferred; virtual experience is a plus.
