Position Description
This full-time remote role offers 35-40 hours per week serving students across all grade levels K-12. Your mixed caseload of 45-60 students will represent diverse communication needs, requiring flexible therapeutic approaches and creative virtual intervention strategies.
Comprehensive Service Delivery
Provide speech and language therapy addressing the full spectrum of communication disorders including articulation/phonology, language disorders, fluency, voice, and social communication challenges. Virtual platform enables consistent service delivery regardless of geographic barriers or transportation limitations.
Professional Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough speech-language evaluations using standardized assessments
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide engaging virtual therapy sessions using interactive technology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers and related service providers
- Offer parent education and home program support
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate progress data
- Participate in professional development and continuing education
Mandatory Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current New Hampshire speech-language pathology license
- Minimum 2 years school-based clinical experience
- Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and educational technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and professional workspace
