Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist | Middle & High School | Manassas Park, VA
ProCare Therapy is partnering with the Manassas Park school district to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in grades 8–12 for the 2024–2025 school year. Services will be provided on a shared middle and high school campus, ensuring continuity and collaboration across grade levels.
Position Overview:

Schedule: 5 days/week based on school calendar

Location: Middle & High School campus (no travel between sites)
Work Hours:

Max 7.5 hours per day

Max 37.5 hours per week
-
30-minute unpaid lunch break
-
Additional hours for IEP meetings, after-school services, or compensatory services possible with prior approval
Additional Details:

Teacher workdays can be completed virtually with prior approval

One virtual snow day per week may be approved; multiple consecutive snow days count as one for virtual billing

Early dismissals or delays are billable only for hours the school is open
Requirements:

Valid VA SLP license and/or certification
-
Experience working with middle and high school students preferred

Ability to work effectively in a school-based environment

Strong communication and organizational skills
