Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Onsite
Student Population: Kindergarten – 12th Grade

Support K–12 Students in Madison, WI
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Madison, Wisconsin for the 2025–2026 school year. In this role, you will support a K–12 caseload, helping students across grade levels build effective communication skills critical to academic achievement and social development.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and screenings
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings
-
Address a wide range of communication needs, including:

Articulation
-
Receptive and expressive language
-
Fluency
-
Pragmatic/social communication
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes
Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress in alignment with IEP goals
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility prior to start date)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply – supervision and support provided

Preferred: Experience working with diverse age groups (K–12)
