Speech and Language Pathologist in Madison, TN

This opportunity is for two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work onsite in a K-12 school setting in Madison, TN. One position focuses on elementary students, while the other serves middle and high school students. Both roles require a licensed SLP practicing within Tennessee.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a valid Tennessee SLP license
- Experience working in K-12 school environments
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but candidates with Clinical Fellow (CF) status are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of speech and language development in school-aged children
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff
- Commitment to onsite full-time work during the contract school year (CSY)
Location:
- Onsite role based in Madison, Tennessee
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students in assigned grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school policies and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities as required
