Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Madison Heights, VA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with students to support their communication needs.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Caseload: K-12 students (specific details to be provided during the interview).
- Location: Onsite in Madison Heights, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Virginia state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
- School-based experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
