Role Description

Are you a AL-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills—without the daily commute? We’re seeking a motivated and experienced SLP to provide virtual speech and language services to K–12 students throughout Texas. This fully remote opportunity allows you to deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy while partnering with educators, families, and school teams statewide.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs

  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and academic standards

  • Provide engaging, research-based teletherapy sessions using secure online platforms

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support and track student progress

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and outcomes

What You’ll Need

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Active Alabama Speech-Language Pathology license

  • ASHA CCC-SLP 

  • School-based experience preferred (K–12)

  • Comfortable providing services via teletherapy platforms

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
