Caseload: 40–50 students – Elementary School

Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with CCCs for a full-time position at an elementary school in Madison, AL for the 2025–2026 school year. This role includes providing direct articulation and speech services as well as indirect services such as IEP meetings, evaluations, and collaboration with school staff.
Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students

Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals

Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultative support to staff and families

Maintain accurate documentation per school and district guidelines
Requirements:

Active Alabama SLP license
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
School-based experience preferred
