Required Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active California SLP License
-
Minimum 2 years of school-based SLP experience in California
-
At least 1 year of SEIS experience required

Experience supervising SLPAs with facilitator support preferred

Strong ability to manage high caseloads and incoming referrals

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities
-
Provide direct therapy to elementary-age students
-
Conduct assessments and complete comprehensive reports
-
Manage IEP documentation and updates within SEIS
-
Supervise and collaborate with assigned SLPAs as appropriate
-
Attend IEP meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

Maintain timely progress notes and caseload management records
