Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet educational goals.
- Serve as a resource for speech-language-related concerns within the school setting.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with district policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Knowledge of K-12 speech and language needs and educational protocols.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- Current licensure and credentials as required by Washington State.
