Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative, school-based team in Lynn, Massachusetts for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite role offering the opportunity to support students’ communication, academic, and social development in a supportive educational environment.

- Competitive hourly pay: $45–$60+ per hour, based on experience and credentials

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in accordance with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Massachusetts SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to student-centered and evidence-based practice
