Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across K-12, focusing primarily on elementary students with some high school case management.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 48 students, delivering individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies.
- Utilize teletherapy skills as needed to ensure consistent student support in virtual settings.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working within school settings, preferably with a diverse caseload including both elementary and high school students.
- Strong skills in delivering teletherapy services.
- Ability to manage 35-40 billable hours per week.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work onsite or virtually.
