About the Opportunity:
ProCare Therapy is partnering with public school districts across California to bring licensed Speech-Language Pathologists into long-term virtual roles for the upcoming school year. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians with strong IEP writing skills and a commitment to educational outcomes.
You’ll work within established district frameworks while enjoying the flexibility of a remote schedule. Services will be fully virtual but structured around California’s public school schedule, including holidays and breaks.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language services to students virtually (grades K–12)

Perform assessments and evaluations to inform initial and ongoing IEP development

Write legally compliant documentation for IEPs and eligibility reports

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team sessions

Collaborate closely with school staff, service providers, and parents to support student progress

Use secure teletherapy platforms and school-specific case management systems
Required Credentials:

Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid California SLP License
-
California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential or PPS Credential
-
ASHA CCC certification
-
School-based experience preferred (2+ years ideal)

Strong grasp of California education law and special education timelines
