A full-time opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work onsite in a school setting in Lowell, Massachusetts. This contract role spans from ASAP through June 30, 2026, with an option for part-time candidates seeking 20 hours per week. The position focuses on an elementary caseload, providing essential speech-language services within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and prepare detailed reports.
  • Deliver direct speech therapy services tailored to student needs.
  • Participate in consultations and collaborate with educators and families.
  • Write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), develop goals, and monitor student progress.
  • Maintain clear communication lines with parents and teachers to support student outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must hold active Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) credentials preferred; candidates under Clinical Fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply.
  • School-based experience is required; familiarity with elementary student caseloads is essential.
  • No Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will be accepted.
  • Successful completion of a CORI background check and fingerprinting is mandatory.
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite due to caseload demands.
