Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and prepare detailed reports.
- Deliver direct speech therapy services tailored to student needs.
- Participate in consultations and collaborate with educators and families.
- Write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), develop goals, and monitor student progress.
- Maintain clear communication lines with parents and teachers to support student outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold active Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Massachusetts.
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) credentials preferred; candidates under Clinical Fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply.
- School-based experience is required; familiarity with elementary student caseloads is essential.
- No Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will be accepted.
- Successful completion of a CORI background check and fingerprinting is mandatory.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite due to caseload demands.
