Job Type: Contract, CSY duration
Work Schedule: 15 hours per week, 2 days weekly
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
- Experience with school-based SLP services, particularly in a PreK setting
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 15 students effectively
- Familiarity with school systems, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and evidence-based speech-language interventions
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations for assigned students
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with educational staff and parents
