Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Hamilton, Ohio

Qualifications: • Valid Ohio Special Education Teaching Certification • Experience working with K-12 students requiring special education services • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff • Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs for special education students • Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to foster inclusive learning environments • Conduct assessments and monitor student progress to adjust instruction accordingly • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with families regarding student performance and goals • Participate in meetings and professional development as required
