About the Role
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs), and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to join our growing team of school-based professionals across Colorado. You’ll work with students of varying ages and communication needs in supportive school settings where collaboration and flexibility are valued.

Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy services in a K–12 school environment

Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and track progress

Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams

Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, and language needs

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications
-
Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or eligibility to apply

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP/CF roles)

Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders or related field (for SLPA roles)

ASHA certification or CF supervision availability preferred
-
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
