ProCare Therapy is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based roles across Kentucky for the 2025–2026 school year. We partner with public districts and charter networks statewide to deliver high-impact speech and language services.

Compensation

Weekly Pay (Local): $2,250–$2,438 (equivalent to $60–$65/hour, based on experience and placement).

Rates listed above are for local candidates. Travelers typically earn higher pay through tax-free stipends (usually an additional $6,000–$8,000 per year in take-home).

Qualifications

Kentucky SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

ASHA CCC preferred; CFs welcome (supervision available)

Ability to pass state and district background checks
Your Role Will Include

Conducting evaluations and writing clear, actionable reports
-
Providing direct therapy and consultation aligned to IEP goals

Collaborating with teachers, related services, and families

Supporting AAC implementation, progress monitoring, and documentation
