An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech therapy services within a school setting in Anaheim, CA. This is a contract position supporting a single elementary school site. The role requires a dedicated professional to backfill a current SLP vacancy and deliver targeted speech and language interventions to students.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid professional license in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- California Teaching Credential (CTC) in the appropriate area
- Previous experience working as an SLP in a school environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and collaborate with educational staff
Location:
- Anaheim, California (on-site at a single elementary school)
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and comply with district policies and licensing requirements
- Participate in meetings and professional development as needed
Employment Details:
- Contract position from ASAP through June 5, 2026
